The PORTAL Alliance Membership Kit

Thank you for your interest in being a market participant.  Please submit the PORTAL Alliance Enrollment form to begin the process.

Introduction
The PORTAL Alliance is designed to enhance liquidity of 144A equity securities by providing a convenient suite of services for access to 144A equity issuer information, trading of 144A equity securities and shareholder tracking of limited holder 144A equity.

Documentation Requirements
Participants will be required to complete the following documentation requirements to access the PORTAL Alliance website, a potential investor must complete a PORTAL Alliance Access Agreement

To access the Portal Alliance OTC Trade Negotiation system, in addition to the PORTAL Alliance Access Agreement, a potential investor must complete a PORTAL Alliance OTC Trade Negotiation System Participant Agreement per the requirements and policies

To be eligible to be a holder of certain limited holder 144A equity securities administered by American Stock Transfer or Bank of New York Mellon, in addition to the PORTAL Alliance Access Agreement, a potential investor must complete the PORTAL Alliance Transfer/Tracking Agent Agreement

User Signup Interface:

  • Once the Portal Alliance Access Agreement has been received and processed by the PORTAL Alliance initial users will receive the entitlement credentials via separate e-mail cover. The entitlement credentials provided to users of the site will consist of a user id and password that must be used by only one user at any given time.
  • Additional individual users at the QIB/QP will be able to gain access to the PORTAL Alliance Platform and complete the enrollment steps for authorization by accessing PORTAL Alliance Enrollment.

  • Once the PORTAL Alliance Dealer has successfully executed the PORTAL Alliance OTC Trade Negotiation System Participant Agreement and it has been received by the PORTAL Alliance the initial users will be sent the entitlement credentials via separate e-mail cover.   • Additional individual users at the Dealer organization will be able to gain access to the Portal Alliance Platform website and complete the enrollment steps for authorization.
